Ingredients

  • scad - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • flour - 1 cup
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Wash and clean the fish well from the entrails under running water, without removing their heads.

Grab a plate, put salt and flour inside of it and stir the mixture.

Put a pan on the stove and pour oil inside it, wait for it to heat up, then roll the fish in flour and put it in heated oil.

Once it has been fried, remove the fried scad fish and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.

Serve the fried scad, while it's still warm.
