A recipe for a good beer appetizer , which is also quick to prepare.
Pour the corn flour, salt and black pepper into a large bowl and mix the dry mixture well.
Crack two eggs into a bowl and beat them well.
Heat the fat in a large non-stick pan and grab a crab stick, dip it in the beaten eggs first, then in the dry mixture and place it in the heated oil.
Fry them all in the same way, until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the beer appetizer warm and optionally with some kind of garlic sauce or ketchup.
