How to make
Cut the boiled and cleaned snails into small pieces and mix them with the fried onions.
Prepare the Béchamel sauce from the butter, flour and milk and leave it to cool.
Add the cold Béchamel to the snails and mix it with the cooked and finely chopped mushrooms, parsley and spices to taste.
The mixture is mixed with the egg and small croquettes are formed.
Fry the croquettes in heated oil, by dipping them in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again.
You can serve them both warm and cold.
The snail croquettes with mushrooms are ready.
