Ingredients

  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • butter - 4 tbsp.
  • yellow cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs. (yolks only)
  • nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.
  • oil - 3/4 cup

How to make

Peel the potatoes, grate and boil them. Strain them from the water and mash them.

Beat the yolks and mix them with the butter, nutmeg, salt and the grated yellow cheese.

The mixture is added to the potatoes and small elongated balls are formed out of it.

Fry the croquettes in hot fat and serve.
