How to make
Boil the potatoes in a large saucepan with slightly salted water and mash them with a little salt, black pepper and 2 tbsp. of melted butter.
Leave them to cool slightly and then add the egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped parsley, chopped mushrooms and grated garlic.
Stir the mixture well and leave it in the refrigerator.
Make balls out of it and fry all of the croquettes directly in a pan with heated fat.
Remove and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
Serve them with a garlic yogurt sauce.
The croquettes with potatoes and field mushrooms are very tasty.
