Ingredients

  • tagliatelle - 10 oz (280 g) fresh
  • field mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • tomato puree - 4 tbsp.
  • mozzarella cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • oregano
  • salt

How to make

Cut the ham and mushrooms into equal-sized pieces. In a pan with olive oil, first add the mushrooms and then the ham to brown.

Add the spices - black pepper and oregano and if necessary, add salt as well. In the meantime, put the tagliatelle in salted boiling water to cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Add some of the water from the tagliatelle to the browned mushrooms and ham and add the tomato puree. Stir the sauce.

Strain the tagliatelle from the water and add them to the sauce. Stir everything and leave the food for a minute or two on the stove. Add half of the grated mozzarella cheese.

Then distribute the tagliatelle into two plates and sprinkle with the remaining grated mozzarella cheese.
