How to make
The potatoes are boiled in water with a pinch of salt. They can be harder, but not overcooked.
During this time, the mushrooms are cleaned and cut into quarters, then into slices. The garlic is also peeled and cut into slices.
Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil.
The potatoes are cut in half and they are carved out.
Add to the mushrooms and mix them with the butter, black pepper, salt, cream and lemon juice.
The potato boats are filled with the mixture. They are sprinkled with yellow cheese.
The aromatic stuffed potatoes are baked at 390°F (200°C), until they aquire a golden brown color.
Incredibly tasty and easy to prepare buttery potatoes, stuffed with field mushrooms!
