How to make
Cut the tofu into small cubes.
Clean the vegetables and cut them - the onion into thin crescents, the peppers into thin strips and the garlic into fine pieces.
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat on the stove. Fry the cubes on all sides, until they aquire a golden color (about 15 minutes).
Remove them from the pan, pour the remaining oil and fry the onions and peppers, until they soften (about 10 minutes).
Add the garlic and chili and fry for another 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, sugar and salt.
Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Return the fried spicy tofu back into the pan and stir.
Cook for about 5 more minutes and serve this vegan dish hot.
