How to make
Prepare the desired number of jars. In each jar, put 4-5 peppercorns, 2-3 cloves of garlic (cut in half), 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tsp sugar, vinegar up to the bottom of the jar neck, dill sprigs and celery.
Start frying the cleaned peppers in oil and when ready, put them in the jars, closing them to keep them from cooling quickly. Stir them from time to time.
Once each jar is filled, close it well and turn it with the cap down. Allow them to cool. They will be ready to eat after 10 days.
