How to make
Wash, wipe and clean the peppers from the stems and seeds. Bake, stew in a container with a lid and once cool, peel. Arrange on the serving dish.
Mix the chopped sardines and pressed garlic and put them on the peppers. Split the lemon in two - cut one into rings and squeeze out the juice of the other.
Mix it with vinegar and olive oil – to get a nice marinade. Add salt to the peppers, sprinkle them with black pepper and add the marinade.
