How to make
Wash the peppers and cut them in the middle to form boats. It is preferable if they're deeper, so that the mixture doesn't spill out.
Beat the eggs, add the finely chopped tomato and the other ingredients.
I cut the tofu into pieces and distributed it into the peppers, before pouring the mixture on top.
The stuffed peppers are baked in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees).
They can also be eaten cold on warm days.
The stuffed pepper with cottage cheese and tofu are very tasty!
