Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers.
Beat the eggs and add the cottage cheese, season with black pepper, a little salt and as much savory herb as you like.
Stuff the peppers, you can put a piece of tomato as a lid, so that the stuffing does not come out of the peppers.
Pour oil into a baking pan and arrange the stuffed peppers.
Bake them in a moderately heated oven, until the stuffing is baked.
