In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, 4 cloves of crushed garlic and season it with salt and savory. Cut the ham into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Stuff the peppers with this blend and arrange them in a greased tray. Sprinkle with a little olive oil, cover the pan with aluminum foil and put it to bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven.
Bake this appetizer for about 15 minutes, the peppers must not tan. Serve a portion of several peppers with a little crushed garlic.
