How to make
Clean the peppers from the seeds by cutting off their caps.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with a pinch of salt, the eggs, 2 tbsp. of breadcrumbs, a pinch of parsley and a pinch of black pepper.
Mix the products well. Pierce the peppers in several places with a fork. Season them on the inside with salt and fill them with the cooked stuffing.
Plug the hole with a slice of tomato. Lightly grease a baking pan.
Arrange the chopped tomatoes, seasoned with salt and parsley on the bottom.
Arrange the delicious stuffed peppers on top and drizzle each with a spoonful of olive oil.
Roast the peppers with cottage cheese at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
