Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • feta cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • red peppers - 3 - 4 roasted
  • salt
  • dill
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp

How to make

Mix the cottage and feta cheese in a bowl. Roast, peel and slice the peppers lengthwise. Add them to the cheese mix.

Chop the garlic and dill finely and toss them in the bowl with the other ingredients.

Season with salt to taste, drizzle with olive oil and stir. Serve the salad chilled.
