How to make
Peel the red roasted peppers and cut them into pieces.
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the yogurt and mayonnaise and stir well.
After peeling the garlic cloves, press them and add them, as well as the chopped red pepper.
Add your own choice of seasoning and mix well.
Distribute into plates, sprinkle with ground walnuts on top.
We can also add the walnuts to the mixture and mix it along with them.
