Ingredients

  • walnuts - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • ricotta - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • salt
  • grated parmesan - 4 tablespoons
  • basil - 5 - 6 leaves
  • sour cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • white cheese - 1.4 oz (40 g)

How to make

Peel the garlic and put it in a food processor along with the walnuts and the other products.

Grind everything to a smooth paste. Transfer it into a bowl and refrigerate it for a few hours.

You can serve the dip both directly in the bowl and on small bread bites.
