How to make
Peel and cut the banana into pieces.
Peel the three eggs, separate the white from the yolk, since we will only need the white.
Put the two products in the jug of the blender and add the cottage cheese (sometimes I use ricotta, it's almost the same) and the skimmed milk.
Blend on high speed for 1 minute.
Pour the protein shake into a tall glass and serve it immediately.
The result is a thick, tasty and very pleasant shake, which has a light and delicate sweetness - for me it is quite enough, but if you want, you can sweeten it further with agave syrup or a little honey.
