  • almond milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml) or cashew
  • soy yogurt - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • blueberries - 3.5 oz (100 g) frozen
  • cashews - 1.1 oz (30 g) raw or roasted without salt
  • oats - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • chia - 0.3 oz (8 g)
  • protein powder - 0.7 oz (20 g) vanilla
  • sweetener - optional and to taste
  • water - for dilution, optional
