Ingredients

  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • tangerines - 1 pc.
  • oranges - 1 pc.
  • chia - 1 tbsp.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • dates - 4 pcs. (pitted)
  • dark chocolate - for garnish

How to make

The chia is poured over with 1/2 cup of cold water and is left to rise.

The dates need to be cut.

Peel an orange, a banana and a tangerine. Put them in a blender.
