Ingredients

  • flaxseed - 2 tbsp.
  • protein powder - 2 tbsp. (of choice)
  • peanut butter - 1 tbsp. or almond paste
  • coconut milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • almond milk - unsweetened or water
  • stevia - 5 - 6 drops of liquid
  • ice - 4 - 5 cubes

Mix the ingredients in a blender and blend.
