Ingredients

  • blueberries - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • bananas - 1 pc.
  • apples - 1 pc.
  • vegetable milk - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) almond, soy, coconut
  • yogurt - 2.8 oz (80 g)
  • honey - 1 tbsp. (thick, or agave syrup)
  • oatmeal - 2 tbsp. (milled)
  • almonds - 2 tbsp. (milled)

How to make

Peel the apple and the banana and cut them into pieces. Wash the blueberries.

Put all of the fruit in a nutribullet and add both types of milk, oatmeal, sweetener and almonds.

Turn on the appliance on at high speed for 1 minute. If desired, dilute the smoothie with a little milk.

Pour the finished drink into a tall glass and serve it for breakfast.
