Ingredients

  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • ginger - 1.7 oz (50 g), peeled
  • mint - 25 fresh leaves
  • brown sugar - 1/2 cup or by taste
  • water - 5 cups (cold, mineral)
  • ice - optional

How to make

The brown sugar is ground in a coffee grinder until it's like powder. If you find brown sugar powder, use that.

Put the ginger that you have cut into pieces in a blender. Pour the powdered sugar on it and turn the blender on at high speed for 10 seconds.

Add the two lemons to the resulting highly fragrant mixture, without peeling them and cut into quarters. Add the mint leaves, pour half the cold water and turn the blender on again at maximum speed for a few seconds. Just so the juices from the peel and the inside of the lemon is squeezed.

If you have the Turbo option on your device, use it for only 2 seconds. Pour the remaining water and strain the liquid into a jug.

Serve your fragrant and healthy lemonade with ice cubes.
