How to make
Mix the peeled and roundly sliced ginger root, mint leaves with their stems and honey in a bowl.
Pour on hot water, stir and leave under a lid for 20-30 min. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, while straining the mint and ginger as much as possible.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir. If you'd like it sweeter, add more honey to taste.
Serve in glasses with ice cubes and mint leaves for more freshness. Tasty and healthy!
