The strawberries are cleaned from the leaves and they are placed the jug of a chopper or blender.
Add lemon juice and blend into a puree.
Transfer it into a glass jug, add liquid honey and mint leaves.
Stir the puree well and finally pour the spring water or soda (according to taste) and depending on your desired consistency of the homemade lemonade.
Pour it immediately into a glass and serve it with mint leaves and ice cubes.
