How to make
Pit the cherries and place them in a blender along with the honey or another sweetener of your choice.
Add a little of the water and blend.
If you like, you can strain before adding the rest of the products. I didn't do it.
Transfer the mixture into a jug and add half a lemon cut into slices, as well as fresh mint leaves.
Pour in the rest of the water (filtered or carbonated), stir and put the lemonade in the fridge for at least an hour to chill well.
Serve the homemade lemonade with morello cherries with ice cubes.
