Ingredients

  • goji berries - 1 tbsp
  • water - 2 cups
  • honey - to taste, optional
  • lemons - 2 slices, optional

How to make

Wash the goji berries in a strainer and pour them into a suitable container or pitcher.

Pour on water that's been boiled but cooled over them. Leave them overnight or until the fruits swell and the water attains a pleasant pink color.

Afterwards, you can heat it a little if you don't like cold tea. You can use the fruits from it to make a healthy shake or smoothie.
