How to make
For this sweet pie, mix the flour with salt and sugar - 2 tbsp.
Put the butter in the freezer before using it, grate it on a coarse grater and add it to the flour.
Knead the products, until large crumbs are obtained.
Add the yolk, the water and knead with your hands and store it in the refrigerator for an hour.
Roll out the firm dough and place it in the pie tin onto baking paper, with the edges out of mold.
Add the berries, sprinkle them with sugar and fold the edges.
Bake the sweet galette in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 50 minutes.
If desired, once the berry galette is fully baked, you can pour a topping over it.
