How to make
Wash the carrots, chervil, parsley root and finely chop them. Place in a suitable container, pour 6 cups of water in and add salt. Boil on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the cleaned and finely cut green beans. Clean the potatoes, cut them into cubes and 10 minutes after, add the green beans.
Cut the cauliflowers into florets and add them as well. Add salt and caraway to the soup. Once all the ingredients are boiled, pour the melted butter in the soup and sprinkle it with the finely chopped parsley.
