Ingredients

  • chicken - 7 oz (200 g)
  • green salad mix - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc. boiled
  • cherry tomatoes - 6 pcs.
  • cucumbers - 1/2 pc.
  • brie cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • lemons - 4 slices
  • red onion - 1/2 onion
  • For the dressing
  • salt
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • honey - 1 tsp.
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches

How to make

The chicken meat is seasoned and roasted. In this case, I used a chicken thigh steak that I grilled on a griddle.

In a wide plate or platter, a mix of green salads is placed as a base, on which the rest of the components are arranged.

Place the chopped chicken in the middle. Arrange the sliced boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and Brie cheese (or some other soft cheese) around it.

The salad is garnished with slices of lemon and half an onion cut into circles. Immediately before serving, flavor with dressing.

It is prepared by adding salt to taste, olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, olive oil and ground black pepper in a small jar.

Close the jar tightly and shake vigorously until the ingredients are completely mixed.

A delicious and filling mixed chicken salad is obtained.
