Marinate all the meats are for about 4 hours in a mixture of the water, oil, soya sauce, chopped garlic and rosemary. Heat a greased clay dish and fry the pork and blood sausages.
Remove them and add the chopped onions, peppers and mushrooms to braise. Add the chicken, tomato paste and once fried, put the pork back in.
Sauté everything for another 5 minutes, season with salt and black pepper and serve with 1 chili pepper, a sprig of parsley and a slice of lemon.
