How to make
The biscuits are grinded into larger pieces.
Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, mix with the grated apple and sour cream.
Pour the mixture over the biscuits and mix everything very well. Transfer it to a cake tin, press it down and smooth it out.
The dark chocolate is melted in a water bath.
Mix it with sour cream, stir to homogenize and cover the chocolate cake with the chocolate glaze.
Leave it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
The mixed chocolate cake is ready.
