Ingredients

  • strained yogurt - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • frozen berries - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • honey - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • mint - 1 - 2 sprigs
  • white chocolate - 1.4 oz (40 g)

How to make

Place the frozen raspberries or other berries in the blender.

Tear and add fresh mint leaves. Pour the honey and the bucket of strained yogurt. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Optionally, add more honey to make the sorbet sweeter.

Transfer the berry sorbet into dessert glasses and chill them in the freezer for a few hours.

Serve the dessert well chilled, garnished with grated white chocolate and fresh mint leaves.
