How to make
Fresh and very pleasant sorbet with cherries and mint, which is suitable for the warm summer days!
Clean the cherries and blend them along with the mint in a blender. Strain the mixture through a sieve.
Make a sugar syrup with the sugar, water and lemon juice, which should be left to boil 5 minutes after it has started boiling.
Once it has cooled, mix it with the blended cherries.
Pour the mixture in a tray and place it in the freezer, but make sure to stir the fresh sorbet every half hour.
When serving, sprinkle the cherry sorbet with white chocolate.
