How to make
Peel 3-4 peels of the yellow part of one of the lemons and set them aside, then peel the two citrus fruit, by completely removing the peel without leaving any white parts on it.
Cut them into pieces and remove the seeds, if there are any.
Put the pieces in a blender along with the peels that you set aside, mint leaves and powdered sugar.
Pour the liqueur, water and ice and blend everything on medium power, progressively increasing to a maximum within about 50 seconds.
Pour the finished sorbet into cups and serve it immediately.
