How to make
The strawberries are cut into pieces and grinded in a blender.
They are transferred to a metal container and the mixture is heated until it thickens and the water evaporates.
Once the strawberry puree has reached the desired consistency, remove it from the heat to cool.
Whip the cream and add the condensed milk, the cooled strawberry puree and the vanilla.
It is mixed again and everything is poured into an ice cream machine.
The finished strawberry ice cream can be eaten immediately if you prefer it creamier.
Otherwise, transfer it into a box and put the strawberry ice cream in the freezer.
