Ingredients

  • egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • milk - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • confectionery cream - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • fruit - raspberries, strawberries (optional)

How to make

Beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar into a froth.

While beating the mixture, gradually add the milk.

Whip the cream separately, then carefully mix it with the beaten eggs and milk.

The whipped mixture is left in the freezer to freeze.

If desired, fruit can be added to it.
