How to make
The milk and sugar are heated in a suitable container on the stove, stir until the sugar melts.
The eggs are beaten with a mixer, a few tablespoons of hot milk are added to them to warm them up and not lump up.
They are poured in a thin stream to the milk mixture and the stove is reduced to the lowest heat.
Stir vigorously to prevent the mixture from burning, and as soon as bubbles appear on the surface, remove the mixture from the heat and add the chocolate chips.
Stir again until the chocolate chips have melted and allow it to cool completely.
The cooled homemade chocolate ice cream mixture is transferred into a container with a lid and placed in the freezer for several hours until ready.
The homemade chocolate ice cream without cream is served in cups garnished with cookies and mint leaves.
