How to make
Dissolve the sugar in the water, put it on the stove and boil a sugar syrup on low heat for 20 min.
Remove from the stove and let it cool a bit. Wash the blackcurrants, blend and pass them through a sieve.
Whip the egg whites into snow and pour the cooled syrup into them in a thin trickle while beating nonstop.
Beat the cream. Add it to the egg whites. Stir and add the blackcurrants.
Stir everything once again and leave it for 4 hours in the freezer, while stirring it every hour.
