  • frozen mango - 2.2 lb (1 kg) diced
  • water - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Cut the fresh mango into cubes and freeze it overnight.

The next day, prepare a syrup: in a small pot, pour the sugar and water and heat them up until the sugar melts. Add the lemon juice.

Put the mango cubes in a blender and blend them for 2-3 minutes.

Add the syrup and blend for another 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth mixture.

Transfer the fruity ice cream into a plastic bowl and freeze it until it sets.

The mango ice cream is ready.
