Fruit ice cream with mango and raspberries for a cool and sweet summer.
Beat the cold cream for the ice cream with a mixer and mix with the condensed milk using a spatula.
Blend the raspberries and put them on the stove until boiling.
We can also strain the resulting syrup. Add the blended mango to the raspberry mixture.
Combine the cream and milk with the fruit puree until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Place in a deep box with a lid and freeze overnight.
Serve the fruit ice cream with fresh raspberries.
