Ingredients

  • raspberries - 2 cups (500 g)
  • sugar - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • milk - 1 4/5 cups (430 ml)
  • rum - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1 - 2 tbsp
  • ice cream - 2 cups (500 ml), vanilla

How to make

Mix the raspberries with the sugar and let them sit for 15 min. as is. In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk and rum.

Add the flour, sugar and salt. Cool in the fridge and fry the pancakes in the butter.

Fill the pancakes with the raspberry mixture and serve with a scoop of ice cream and mint leaves.
