How to make
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and beat them with salt and baking soda. Add the yoghurt, while stirring the mixture.
Gradually add the chocolate protein powder and cocoa. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the water and milk, by alternating them.
Finally, add the raspberry jam and make sure to stir very well at the same time.
Heat the pan and start making the protein pancakes, by pouring a ladle of the mixture into it.
Leave the pancake until it's ready and turn it with a wooden spatula to bake on the other side.
Repeat until you run out of the mixture.
The protein pancakes with raspberries are ready.
