How to cook
In a large bowl, using a mixer, mix all the ingredients, until a homogeneous pancake mixture is obtained.
Start with the egg whites, followed by the oats, protein, milk, cinnamon and baking powder.
Next up, heat your pan of choice over moderate heat, which has been greased with very little fat.
Using a ladle, pour the prepared mixture into the pan and fry each protein pancake for a minute on both sides.
Put the finished pancakes on a plate and arrange a tower of them and if you wish, you can cover them with maple syrup.
