Beat the egg and whites in a bowl.
Add the rest of the products to them and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture, which you pour into a small bowl or box.
Place it in a microwave oven for 3-4 minutes (if desired, you can also bake the mixture in the oven).
Once the mixture is already baked and your bread is ready, take it out and cut it into several thinner slices.
Finally, garnish the low-carb protein bread with products of your choice and serve.
