How to make
Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Add cottage cheese, salt to taste, I add 1 pinch.
Cut the ham into small cubes and mix with the eggs. Add oregano, seeds and baking soda. Apple cider vinegar is poured over the soda and when it activates, stir.
Finally spoonful by spoonful add the linseed flour and millet flour.
Mix a medium-thick batter and pour it into a small sponge cake tin.
Sprinkle seeds on top. Bake our savory sponge cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 25-30 minutes until it is fully baked.
Take it out and place it onto a wire rack to cool, slice it and serve this low-carb savory sponge cake.
