"Refresh yourself with this delicious ice cream on hot summer days, because you deserve to treat yourself."

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • confectionery cream - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • powdered sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • raspberries - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • chocolate for cooking - 2.8 oz (80 g)

How to make

Beat the cream with a mixer until it turns into a white fluffy mixture. Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and mix.

Add the yogurt and mix again with the mixer.

Divide the resulting mixture into two parts. In one part pour raspberries and beat with the mixer and in the other grated chocolate and mix with a spatula.

Pour the mixture into plastic bowls, cover them and let the ice cream freeze in the freezer.

Remove them from the freezer, scoop out balls with an ice cream scoop and serve them.

Reminder: I grated part of the chocolate and chopped another part so that there are also pieces in the dairy ice cream.
