Ingredients

  • liquid cream - 24 fl oz (700 ml)
  • condensed milk - 13.5 fl oz (400 ml)
  • gelatin - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • raspberries - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • caramelized apples - 3
  • chocolate cupcakes - 4
  • raspberry topping

How to make

Dissolve gelatin in cold water to swell.

Pour the cream into the saucepan and heat gently on the stove without reaching the boiling point. Add the condensed milk and mix.

Heat the gelatin and add it to the mixture.

Line a small baking tray with plastic wrap. Pour some of the mixture. Arrange slices of the cupcakes on top, sprinkle with caramelized apples and raspberries, saving a portion for decoration.

Pour the rest of the mixture.

Cover with foil and place the tray in the freezer to set.

Turn the finished ice cream cake carefully using a suitable plate.

Remove the foil, sprinkle with raspberries and raspberry topping.

Cut and serve the ice cream cake.

The ice cream cake with condensed milk and raspberries is ready.
