How to cook
Choose three well-ripened bananas, which are cut into pieces and put in a blender. The resulting banana puree is mixed with the yogurt and condensed milk. The mixture is beaten with a wire whisk, until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Whip the cream and add it to the other products. Mix everything slowly and carefully with a spatula, until the products are completely well mixed.
The mixture is transferred into a container with a lid and placed in the freezer to cool and harden.
The finished banana ice cream is garnished with banana slices or other fruit according to the season.
