How to make
Beat the eggs along with the sugar and condensed milk very well.
Add the milk and cream (which is liquid) to them.
Mix all of this very well and add the gelatin to them, which we have previously soaked in cold water and then melted in a water bath.
Once we have added it, leave the easy dairy ice cream to cool quickly in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Add the vanilla, then stir again and pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze it, by placing the ice cream with condensed milk and eggs in the freezer.
